The Grafton-Taylor County Health Department is proud to announce that we offer a variety of services through the West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (WVBCCSP).


This program offers clinical breast examinations (CBEs), mammograms, and Pap tests for eligible women as well as diagnostic testing for women who receive abnormal screening results. 

As well as these services, this program offers the following:

  • Program Management

  • Screening and Diagnostic Services

  • Education and Outreach

  • Evaluation

Patients eligible for these services are: West Virginia residents, between 25 and 64 years of age, have a low income, and are uninsured/underinsured.
